Its astonishing how management and super run the building with an utter disregard of cleanliness. Ironic they judged our units on cleanliness during the last inspection when the common areas are constantly dirty, great example they're setting! The super isnt qualified to do the job- he cant fix a hot water tap, and left the box of keys to everyones unit in the office with the door unlocked.

Worst property, most unfriendly staff, you cant even work or sleep peacefully in their unit, theres always construction going on. Sometimes water is out, sometimes lights are out. My biggest mistake was to choose their unit for staying. Never recommend to anyone.

Oh 5 Anna Street. There was paint was peeling off the walls upon my arrival. There is ant infestation in the whole building. After an attempted break in, my door lock was damaged and upon bringing it to the landlords attention nothing but an an empty promise to fix it was made. This was extra concerning due to the fact that a man that lives in the building is following women to their apartments and attempting to break in. I raised a complaint about neighbours smoking indoors (against lease agreement) and was led to the most negligent property manager ever, Anca Moldoveanu, who did not respond to my emails for 6 months. She responded to my last email, requesting me to forward the emails prior, which I did, and was ignored again Needless to say, I am moving out the end of the month. 0/10 recommend.
