Medallion Capital Group - Property Management Toronto

I had been quite happy with this company, aside from usually having to follow up more than once with Wes, our manager. However, after selling my townhouse in August and notifying Wes, I was still charged a maintenance fee for next month. Today, 3.5 months and many emails later, I am still awaiting a refund, however, did not even get a response to my last email.

Our brokers Andrew Walkey and Dave Elliot of Medallion Group Insurance were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a bit of a complex situation involving different policies and vehicles with a timeline and Dave promptly led us to Andrew who not only kept us well informed with detailed info and information and steps we needed to take, but did it all with incredible promptness and friendliness. What a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service has plummeted into a frustrating time-consuming process. Mike has been amazing in securing us a mortgage. As 2 servers in a pandemic trying to find our first home, it wasnt easy, but Mike made it happen for us! He was very thorough and understanding throughout the whole process. He was very easy to reach when we had questions and he went above and beyond to explain all the small details to us. I would highly recommend him and will use him again and again in the future.
