        If your doctor recommends this office, insist on another urologist. This doctor has no bedside manner and is condescending as well as arrogant. The secretary? Even worse! She's rude, argumentative, and makes it quite clear that she's so busy to care. STAY AWAY!

        Its too difficult or nearly impossible to get in touch with the office. I just tried to call and there were no voice mail. In the time of Pandemic, we can even send email to this office. Hope they the post and get back.

        Dr. Skeldon is very informative as he takes his time to explain in detail which is great. However the secretary at his office is very rude. I received 3 missed calls but no voicemail was left. Apparently there was one left at my house but I was at work and was told rudely that she called many times and nobody picked up. fyi, people are at work and probably not at home ma'am.

        Waits are long and they are rude. DO NOT waste your time. If you need to see urologist, do yourself a favor and get another one. Not even sure that he knows what he is doing???
