Ms. Fabian is a very skilled and kind therapist. Her help is practical and not superficial. She genuinely cares and is easy to talk to. Her at-home office is very clean, private and comfortable. She asks covid screening questions, uses a no-contact thermometer, insists on masks and social distance seating.

May 31, 2022 - Veronica Fabian has been very, very helpful. I put off therapy for years, thinking I'd be judged, labelled, told what to do, etc. but Veronica is kind, non- judgmental, humble, etc. Her thought- provoking questions, insights, compassion, suggestions (not commands), "tools", knowledge, etc. got me thinking more clearly & accurately about myself & my life in general. I feel less "lost", confused, pulled in different directions & overwhelmed. I now make hard decisions with greater clarity/ease & "show up" in my relationships & society according to my most important goals/values, even if there's pushback. I'm less of a people-pleaser/acceptance-seeker at-all-costs (the cost was my mental health). As a result, anxiety & depression have lessened considerably, I'm more self-aware, self-assured, confident & grounded. I gratefully recommend this therapist. Thank you Veronica!
