I have been there 4 times for various company and vendor functions and always thought the food was fantastic !

The buffet staff and head manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. 1. I had dirty cutlery and asked my server for new ones. She gave me a confused look after i showed her there was stuck food on the fork. And asked why I wouldn't use them to eat. 2. We ordered french onion soup and asked for a bun. The server said there's bread in the soup rudely. 3. We asked the cooking staff when the muscles would be ready... with attitude the guy say "you have to wait!!!" With attitude. (In a buffet you shouldn't have to wait for the food to come out onto the hot plates) he was nothing but rude about a question. He said 5 min, we waited but they were not ready in 5 minutes. 4. We went to go and pay and the server asked if we had any smaller chips to pay with, with a nasty look on her face. Like does it really matter??? 5. The head manager just fluffed off our complaints and pretty much pushed us out of the buffet. Gave us a free meal but it's like he didn't care what was going on. We were not looking for a free meal. We just wanted to explain how disappointed in the service and to bring it to their attention. By the way.... we have seen cockroaches here before!!!
