Cactus Club Cafe Sherway Gardens

This is the truth about Cactus Club Sherway so buckle in. Also a note to Upper management on several experiences I have had at this location. Probably spent over $3000 here and another $1500 in tips. Pictures and receipts to prove Will (Manager) and Christina the bar manager at Cactus Club Sherway Gardens showed me all their shady little business practices they use to profit off their customers. I will list just 3 of them here. 1. They serve old food to customers they just overcook it. If you eat it and pay, then you just got scammed. If you ask them for a replacement dish then you will get extreme attitude and will have to wait 30-40 mins for a replacement. Tell these clowns in the kitchen to stop wasting my time. They have burnt my steak here on multiple occassions, burnt my chicken, and also given me a fully well done steak on 3 different occassions when I ordered medium, medium rare, medium well etc. 2. They water down your drinks Especially during busy times (happy hour). I have literally witnessed with my own eyes this busboy bartender (Dorian) and his other little associates water down my drink and my friends drink. Contact Jagz from TJ trading as witness. They will try to put little to no alcohol in tequila and vodka seltzers in hopes that customers do not notice. This issue has been reported to my friends at the liquor board. 3. They will give you extremely bad service if you did not tip them properly last time. By making you wait 20-30 minutes for a simple drink. Or having the little boys in the kitchen mess up your food on purpose. Remember people, tips are a privilege not a right. Bad service = No Tip. Last time I was there this Lightskin bartender tried to tip herself $10 by giving me less change back in the hopes I didn't notice. Well I did notice and now you and Nicole are getting written up for trying to intentionally scam your customers. P.S One night I came in for some dessert and bar manager Christina literally told me they were dealing with poison issues with the Apple pie that I ordered. Not sure if she was being serious or joking but imagine actually saying that to a customer. Absolute embarrassment to customer service, hospitality in restaurants and ethics. You should be ashamed of yourself Christina. Might just buy the establishment one day 2 fire all you clowns Be seeing you , Rich Nu Actor/Stuntman Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids to this location. I have seen multiple times, random thugs smoking weed right outside the front entrance. Also dirty washrooms, witnessed piss and feces on the floor.

The only restaurant Ill ever go to for dinner/lunch. You get the fancy vibe and tasty food in one. Most other restaurants only spend their money on the looks of the restaurant and the food tastes horrible but Cactus is bomb

Bad establishment. Service is really slow, I have come here on a few occasions and had to wait 20-30 min for a simple drink. Twice I have had to talk to the bus boy bartender (Dorian his name I believe) to actually put alcohol in my drink. As I literally watched him make my Tequila Seltzer and seen him water it down.. Very bad service and business ethics displayed by this establishment and I will be forwarding this info to the upper management team as well as reporting this location to the Liquor board. P.S - Don't bring your kids here, as the washroom can be extremely dirty on any different night. And random thugs smoke weed right outside the restaurant entrance. -Jagz TJ trading

Im writing this review to let the management know that the staff is extremely uncooperative.. I kept asking the lady on the counter about the time when Im gonna receive my order.. Shes kind of lost and did not told me for 15 minutes.. My order for DoorDash was delayed by 20 minutes.. They should at least be trained on telling that time to the Driver so that we dont lose money because of your incompetence..
