We should have known when the sign read Hoote instead of Hooters that the experience wouldn't be what we hoped. We're here from NS and was excited to go to a Hooters. The excitement quickly turned to disappointment. We couldn't find a clean table so picked the cleanest we could find which was covered in some sort of black stuff. We asked the waitress for a cloth and waited so long that we finally used wet ones ourselves. A friend ordered the chili cheese fries but what came was nothing like the picture/description. She wanted to return it because it was fries with runny cheese, jalapeno, cut up tomato and hamburger. The manager ended up bringing the dish back to the table and asked her what the problem was, saying that's what chili was. We couldn't believe it!!! My ribs were dry, the waitress got 4 out of 5 bills wrong. I will say that I felt the manager was giving the waitress a hard time which probably made her mess up. The service was also extremely slow because there was only 2 waitresses and several large groups of people. Soooo disappointing!!!
