        Horrible service, especially when you get the slow old ladies as servers. Waited 10 minutes to get a seat, not the first time btw, and then she barked at me to sit in some corner seat. Then she barked at me to hang up my coat. I simply left as she grumbled under her badly dyed hair.

        Our usual family Swiss Chalet at Royal York and Bloor in the Kingsway. Flora our usual server was in always so pleasant. Great meal for lunch - the Battered Haddock fish & chips were amazing! More folks ordered the Fish & Chips that were seated close to my table. I overheard some conversations and they were so happy as well with their meals. Great service, portion and taste... Well done Swiss Chalet The Kingsway! Ps ..Flora is one of the best in the country!!!

        Waited about 20 minutes for a server to take my order they walked by my table about 5 times then another group walked in and they took their order and still didn't take my order
