Most people, including myself, dont have much choice when we come here. However, my experience was absolutely fine and had no complaints with their neutrality, etc. As a private business it definitely is expensive.

My experience with Brayden was positive. Supervisors were always kind and professional. The notes were consistent with the events and helped both parties to ensure that the visits were positive and safe.

Literally the worst. Their notes were sparse and NOT ACCURATE: 1) my son refused the visit to the supervisor, but they wrote I (custodial parent) cancelled it, 2) My Ex said our son kept saying he wanted to leave on a prior visit, and admitted he lied and said he'd call me and end the visit for kiddo. None of this was in the notes I received! I requested the notes be adjusted to reflect reality. They refused and claimed the notes needed to be 'factual' and 'neutral'. I responded with a transcript of audio I recorded the day my son refused the visit. Nothing's more factual then that, right? 1) They immediately suspended and then cancelled our visits. 2) They claimed I broke the service agreement and refused to admit they were wrong when I showed them the agreement said nothing about audio. 3) Their unprofessional anger took the attention totally off the main issue: their notes hold no legal integrity. 4) They threatened that what I did was illegal, pulled in my lawyer, and demanded I delete the audio. AFTER I told them that Ontario is 1-Party consent and the recording was legal. I'm honestly amazed that people can charge such absurd rates, be so incompetent, and yet somehow stay in business. Edit: Show your ex this review. Agree to just wait the 6 months and use a non-profit for visitations. You will save so much money. You will have accurate, detailed, real notes. You will BOTH save yourself many headaches.

Unfortunately, I chose this place thinking they were professional and genuinely full of care. However, full of micro aggressions and settle discrimination. I take these things very serious. People much older than you behaving in a very unprofessional manner. Thumbs all the way down. SMH.

Service i got from Brayden is excellent. They were very flexible and always supportive. Issues were well communicated. Supervisors are very friendly and they do care about the child very much.
