Had a coupon for discounts and they cracked down on it. Said they need the original email from employees. Theyre dumb. Why would you wanna lose out on sales?

The worse experience ever. Firstly they billed me wrong, after checking the receipt, immediately I went back to store within minutes of purchasing. I went to the associate at front desk (girl with hijab)....super rude to begin with, instead of admitting her mistake, she was giving me attitude as if she is doing me a big favour and asking me to get back in line (to get their mistake corrected) The whole time she had a snobby teen age accent. I already see low rating here, now I know why... I would request the manager to take these reviews seriously to improve their customers service. I am a long loyal customer of addidas, but with this kind of service they will loose many of us.

It's an okay store with not a lot of options. My today's visit was to get hiking shoes and surprisingly they had only 6-7 pairs in the whole store and I was kinda disappointed and even in those few pairs of shoes I picked up 3 and found my size(13) in one pair only. This store has a really nice location and should better jack-up the stocks. Hope next time will find more option and good inventory
