This week Dream House Tile, installed 180 sq ft of wall tile and 80 sq ft of floor tile. I could not be happier. Andrew, the owner, and his employee's are straight forward, down to earth and professional. They arrive on time, lay out protective plastic and most of all they are GREAT TILE INSTALLERS. Every tile in every corner is perfect. They are artists. All tiles are beautifully installed and flush with the wall with even grout spacing. The price was reasonable. I will be having Andrew and his team do my upstairs bathroom next. Initially, I contacted Dream House Tile since a contractor had done a poor quality job installing my bathroom tile, 180 sq ft of wall tile, inside the shower area and outside. The tiles were not flush with the wall, I had ledges on the tile wall and the spacing was uneven. It was pretty awful. Andrew at my request was going to replace the absolute worst tiles that had been extremely poorly installed. When Andrew came with his employee to replace the tiles after much consideration I decided to rip out all of the tile that had been installed improperly. Andrew did not suggest or pressure me to rip out all the tiles, he left that decision entirely to me which I respected. I arranged to have the tile ripped out and to buy new materials, I texted Andrew throughout several times to ask questions. Andrew was always quick to respond and did not mind me asking the questions. I now understand why Dream House Tile has 5 star reviews, as they are patient, do not mind answering questions before you hire them, Andrew is quick to respond to a text or phone call, they explain the work when they arrive and once on the job site Andrew goes through with you on how to lay/install the tiles and makes suggestions before the work begins, they take care to protect your surroundings, they are professional, arrive on time, have reasonable pricing, and Andrew makes sure to check his employees work and they do a quality job!
