Horrible service, I bought a microwave oven which turned out to be too small and didn't rotate the pop corn pack and burn the paper and the grains wouldn't burst. They did not give me the option of money back and only allowed me to change it for another microwave but really the other models were super expensive compared to Walmart, in order not to lose my money I had to change it for an overvalued one, they do not give opportunity for a gift card or change for another product. I decided I will never shop at a Canadian Tire again.

Staff is very rude. There is a 90 day return policy if the item is not opened/ used but this location does not follow it.

Was shopping around, when all of a sudden an employee chases me down the aisles saying that I need to bring my backpack to customer service. When I asked why other women were allowed to carry big purses around, apparently mine was just too big and this is their store policy. If your store policy requires your shoppers to give away their belongings so they dont steal from you, you will lose a lot of business. I walked away and took my business elsewhere, to a store that wont assume Im a thief from the minute I walk in. This is not the way you conduct business in any retail industry. Disgusting behaviour from employees, makes the shopping experience undesirable. By the way, my backpack had my wallet and water bottle inside; not any of your products.
