Disappointed by department knowledge on inventory

I made an online order, this location responsible for the delivery never reached out nor answered the phone. It's been 7 days, they finally answered the call and just scheduled the delivery which is 3 days later. On the invoice it clearly states that they arrange delivery within 1 to 2 days and will be delivered within 7 days. It's very difficult to cancel the order nor track the shipping. I've been calling for several days and was only getting forwarded to multiple departments.

Flooring installation services- Got a quote from them to install vinyl for 350 sqft for 2500$ (only labour charges). There was a 90$ charge for 10 minutes measurement at home (This is charged to you just so that you can get the quote for your work and not refundable, most flooring installers will do it for free!), around 250$ just for the installers to fill out the paperwork for my condo board, and 3$/sqft (almost double the price than local flooring installer that I choose to get my work done)for installation. They dont have their own installers and act as a middleman by subcontracting to local installers. Their actual flooring materials are reasonably priced but the flooring installation services are rip off.
