April 2023 edit: unfortunately, we've been priced out of the area and had to move. I really wish I could take Dr Riz and her team with me! By far the best care and attention my cat Coco has received. We will definitely miss the area including such a wonderful vet & team. I recently moved to the neighbourhood and realized my cat was already overdue for her annual visit. She is very timid and doesn't travel well so I was looking for a new clinic. The staff was quick to respond to my email and schedule an appointment quickly. Even with covid everything ran smoothly, taking into consideration distancing while still providing effective care. Thank you for such a thorough appointment!

Ive been with Eatonville since I got my first dog, Dom. Now my 2 dogs and cat are all patients of Dr. Riz. Im not usually one to write reviews at all but I definitely feel grateful for having such a smooth pet parenthood with the Eatonville clinic supporting me! When I got my first dog, I had no idea where to start and Dr.Riz, Aneta and Alex walked me through the routines. All my animals have gotten X-rays, being fixed, blood work, parasite panels, medication, wellness checks, prescriptions foods from here and all of it was offered as a treatment/diagnostic option and were cost transparent - they never force you for the sake of making money. They are a busy clinic and Ive been so lucky to have them accommodate me for even my urgent, same day appts. So people with all the negative reviews, all you have to do is ASK QUESTIONS, they are not mind-readers. Eatonville staff is very honest, straightforward and transparent. So if you are looking for a vet that sugarcoats and holds your hand, this is not it. Lastly, everyone loves the resident cats! Especially me being a huge animal lover! They are so calm and keep to themselves. My animals love them too! Dom especially loves visiting the clinic thinking shes seeing friends. Big thank you to the team from my pack!

THIS IS THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL VET OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I met with dr.rizwana for the first time for a c-section consultation for my pregnant dog, as she stated she has experience doing such operations. Upon arrival, there were cats roaming freely around the office, which was red flag number one; although my dog is friendly with cats not all dogs are, and I wasnt even given a heads up! Dr rizwana was supposed to do a consultation and examine the dog to ensure she could do the c section operation. She lifted up my dogs lips and started playing around in her mouth and examining her teeth, which had nothing to do with the appointment. My dog gave a fair growl warning, and I even told her I dont think my dog likes that, but dr.rizwana continued playing in her mouth while my dog continued growling. After being provoked my dog bit her, due to her own negligence and inexperience. Any veterinarian with experience should know how to handle a pregnant dog and identify signs of stress, which she didnt. She then started swearing and screaming, yelling at the receptionist and me saying you shouldve told me your dog bites! My dog has been to multiple vets since her pregnancy and also has a family vet she usually goes to, and has NEVER Bitten anyone. Dr. Rizwana then went onto say she refuses to do the c section and didnt feel comfortable. She then reported the incident to the city of Toronto with a bunch of misinformed lies to make the situation sound totally different. Nothing came out of it because the city of Toronto understood that she provoked the dog, and my dog has no bite history. I have to say Im very glad things turned out the way they did and she didnt end up doing the operation because shes clearly not as experiences as she proclaims to be!
