        We had a clogged drain between house and street. Andrii G. was at the house within one hour of my call. He was able to partially clear the drain, and more importantly, he was able to determine the cause of the problem was tree roots on the city side of the drain! I called 311 and explained the issue, the City of Toronto promised to have someone out within 12-24hrs. Service: Sewer repair

        I've used roto-rooter in the past and the service was great. A little pricy but good. This time, I am very disappointed. I was told they would arrive around 3 and it is 7 and I am still waiting. They called 1 hour ago and told me they were on their way. I am not sure why they would send someone from Toronto to go work in Brampton. Horrible, and inconsiderate of other peoples time this time around. Service: Plumbing
