    My husband and I had a weekend away in Toronto and we decided to do some light shopping at Sherway, when I found Andrews. I ended up walking away with a good portion of my fall wardrobe! I cannot say enough positive things about the clothing and specifically my stylist, Tanya S. She was absolutely amazing and helped me put together extremely flattering outfits/statement pieces for my fall wardrobe. She knew my sizes without me saying anything and picked out colours, materials and styles that would work best on me. She was also honest if something wasn't the most flattering, instead of pushing me to purchase it anyways. I will be a repeat customer!

    Ive been a longtime customer of Andrews for over 20 years. Unfortunately, turnover and the pandemic have seriously impacted this organization. The last time I was in the store, I spent almost $900 on just 3 items in less than 10 minutes. That evidently was not good business for the sales associate, as she treated me rudely and could barely keep eye contact as she greeted and chatted up another customer while she cashed me out. Apparently the other customer was expected to spend more than i and as such I was treated like a nuisance instead of a long time valued customer. When I sent a note to the owner/CEO, Darren, I never even received an acknowledgment of my experience. I guess Andrews has so much business at their disposal, they dont need to respond or redress poor customer service. I ended up walking out of the store with my purchase feeling terrible and when I told my husband, he suggested I return to the store and return all my purchases just 5 minutes after I bought them, which is what I did. Imagine spending tens of thousands of dollars over many years with a store and being treated like a dog? If you like snooty attitudes and being treated like you are less than the sales associates, go to Andrews, they know how not to treat customers.

    I recently bought a beautiful dress for a wedding I am attending later this week, I was so stressed looking for the perfect outfit and the ladies at Andrews made my experience so lovely and stress-free. I love shopping at Andrews Sherway Gardens because all of the associates are extremely friendly and treat me with respect. Being in my late 20s I unfortunately do not get the best service or respect at some other high-end stores and its a breath of fresh air to have a positive experience at a high end store. I rarely leave reviews but I really wanted to shine a light on the hard work that the sales associates do in this store because coming from retail I know its not easy. When I opened up the review section I was shocked to see that another customer, Mary Ann, actually had a bad experience because I have never felt this before. I was actually heartbroken to read that someone would have the sheer audacity to call out an associate for simply greeting a new customer into the store instead of ignoring them and solely focusing on her. Its called multi-client servicing and I am sure she would have been upset and felt unimportant if she were in that other customers shoes. Its shocking to me how in this day and age people cant be more in-tune with their environment and lack basic emotional intelligence. The sales associates in this store are human beings too and should be treated as such, no one is above anyone and mutual respect is required from both ends.
