        Big disappointment, horrible experience at the Sherway store. I went in to buy a small bag. One of the employees closed cord at the entrance of the door. Very unprofessional, it gave me an uncomfortable feeling. They should be embarrassed by their behaviour. Maybe they should invest into a security guard but why.they are not even luxury brand like Gucci or YSL. My friends and I will stick to buying from the Square One store. I left this store, I went to Saks and bought the bag there, quality service at Saks. Buy there ladies!
