I built my Net Zero certified home with Wrighthaven Homes. The staff were professional and extremely knowledgeable. The home is now 4 years old, and performing amazingly. Anyone looking for a new build should definitely check them out.

This is a long, overdue review. I can not say enough good things about Wrighthaven! We purchased our home in the midst of the pandemic, which created many issues in the industry. This did not prevent Wrightaben from delivering a beautiful, well constructed home that we absolutely love. Steve takes great pride in his homes, and it shows. The entire team has been wonderful to deal with over the last year and a half for any small fixes that were needed (very normal for a new build to have some small items that need to be repaired after possession). Even items that I expected some pushback with were not an issue at all and fixed in a timely manner. We hired a home inspector to complete our 1 year warranty inspection. The inspector confirmed that we had chosen one of the best builders (one of only 2 that he personally would consider working with). Any issues identified in the report were minor cosmetic issues. This builder has definitely set the bar high, and if we ever decide to purchase a new build again, I hope we have the pleasure of working with Wrighthaven. If you are considering a Wrighthaven home, you won't be disappointed!!

I am writing this review to highly recommend Wrighthaven Homes! Our experience with Wrighthaven Homes has been extremely positive, and we love the special home they built for our family. From guiding us in choosing the plan, to modifying the design to meet our needs, to producing a beautiful, functional and lovely environment for our family to call home, we found their expertise, commitment and support to be wonderful. My retired husband and I decided a few years ago to build a three generational home with 2 daughters and two grandchildren. This meant adding a lower level apartment and deck, and designing both of these to maximize the flexibility and use in all the areas of the house. In the case of designing and building the lower level living space, we required a 2 bedroom fully independent apartment with kitchen, laundry, separate entrance, and many other features. The entire plan was carefully thought out and designed to make it perfect for us. We cannot imagine being happier with the planning and building process, and especially the final outcome! We feel Wrighthaven fulfilled their promise to us of building a home for all three of our generations to enjoy for the years ahead. They have exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend them! My husband and I have had such a great experience with Wrighthaven! Rachel and Sarah helped us with the initial purchase and were so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Kali and Emily have been an absolute joy to work with. They have both been professional, honest and respond to our questions via e-mail/phone promptly. Natalie, Martina, and Jordan from Xanadu were so helpful and always accessible. Last but not least, Lisa and Niki led us through the final walkthrough and were so professional and genuine. The Wrighthaven team has done an amazing job, leading us through the construction and design phases of our new home, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. Theres always uncertainty with a new built, but Wrighthavens team makes it enjoyable and FUN! Thank you for all of your hard work and expertise!! Our house truly feels like a home.
