I went to see Hilary with my BPPV/ vertigo. I had already been suffering for quite awhile. She was so caring and helpful and got me in within a day. She explained everything to me and had me back to myself within 1 visit. She did want to see me the next day to see how I was and gave me the ok to return to work. I would highly recommend Hilary for any Vertigo/BPPV issues.

I had suffered a medium tear to my rotator cuff in the summer of 2022 and since my surgery early Feb 2023 I have received exceptional post surgery physiotherapy from Hilary which has sped up my recovery. Hilary and her staff go to great lengths to ensure that your treatment sessions meet your needs and provide you with exercise programs that you can do at home and/or the gym to further your recovery. I strongly recommend Grand River Physiotherapy for any Physio you might need.

Ive had vertigo a few times, and upon recommendation of a friend I tried Physio during my last bout. What a difference. Hilary gave me instant relief from extreme dizziness, and I was able to return to my normal self in about day, opposed to being down and out for much longer. Highly recommend you try physio for any vertigo sufferers out there if you havent already.

The staff at Grand River are the best. Their proactive approach to treatment is just what I needed as Ive dealt with various injuries over the years and recently with issues with both knees. I would highly recommend them
