Accidentally locked myself out of my phone and was at a total loss for how to fix it. But I went in to SNK this afternoon and Howie was incredibly patient with my overwhelmed self, explained the options for me clearly, and resolved the issue in under an hour. He also took the time to walk me through the set up afterwards to ensure all was well. I went here today to have my IPhone 8 screen replaced. I was so happy with the job done, price and was super impressed with how quickly it was done (1 hour). I will for sure be back in the future if I need any other work done. Thank you for your help!
