Very disorganized. They don't answer emails. They no longer provide half the services they offer on their website. I never got past their admin "Kat" , and the only time I got a response from her was when I CC'd the owner . They took out money but then ignored us. We got lucky and did get our money back, but be guarded. Very very guarded. These people are in way over their heads.

We ordered a pool from Highlander to be installed in spring 2022. Unfortunately at the last minute our circumstances changed and we decided to cancel the pool order. Even though the pool had already been manufactured Kat was totally supportive and kind and did everything she could to make the cancellation painless for us. I've never had better customer service. Highly recommend Kat and her team. Service: Fiberglass swimming pool construction

Great company to deal with. We had them install our pool. Even during the crazy pool boom of 2020 these guys were always very easy to get a hold of, responded quickly and have done great work. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is beyond late - but we are super thrilled with the work Highlander Landscapes did on our front porch/garden. Due to Covid projects got delayed last spring/summer, but it was well worth the wait! They did an amazing job, and constantly checked with me (I work from home) on any decisions needing to be made or feedback before they kept going. Highly recommend them!!
