Super friendly staff. Very tidy and orderly. If the item you're looking for is not there, you can have staff look in Trenton or Belleville for it. The next step, if neither of these 3 libraries have the item, you may request an interlibrary loan. There is a great selection of movies, books on CD, board games, puzzles, magazines and of course books, for all ages.

Just got back to my country home after spending about three hours in the vicinity of the Frankford library with my new pup, Jazz, a rescue from Thunderbay via the Toronto humane society. He was originally named Jax but since he is only 10 weeks old and I kept tripping over his name, I decided Jazz was better. Back to Frankford library. Although this small library is mainly carpeted, they allowed me to bring in Jazz as my therapy oup without producing any documentation that I have a disability or that jazz has any special qualifications as a service dog. Today, Jazz was quite obnoxious, barking and trying to bite my boots. He was however very popular with the patrons, including a mother with two young sons who all wanted to cuddle with Jazz and were experienced dog owners, having a one hundred pounds black lab at home. The library official on duty was very helpful and nice about Jazz's misbehaviour and just endured that he stayed well clear of Jazz's sharp baby teeth when checking out some books for me. Since the branch is extremely small, the selection of books is quite small and the computers are kind of old and probably out dated'. However, unlike my favorite library in East York, hogtown, the Frankford library allows patrons unlimited computer access during business hours so long as there are no other patrons wanting to use the computers. In hogtown, one is limited to one hour per day.
