I was having a problem with my stove not loading the pellets. I called the store and explained the issue. I received a call about an hour later ( this was the weekend!) and the service guy (Jason?) walked me through a couple of things and the stove was back in business. Not the stoves fault.. totally mine.. But great service and help. Thanks!!

These guys are the best of the best. A fantastic family run business. They are honest, polite and helpful. We had a stove installed last year and they were happy to answer all questions we had and the install went quickly and smoothly. Weve purchased pellets from them this year and had them delivered within a day and the driver called to ensure he was dropping them in the correct spot. If you choose to work with Fergusonss, you wont be disappointed.
