        Needed to order a lock for my tonneau cover. Couldn't help the first day, had no power. The second day I called and the receptionist told me that they are busy and it could be a while before I hear from them. I called the North Bay Leer dealer instead. Part is on order and will be here next week it took less than 5 minutes on the phone with them. Edit: An eta and not an unprofessional "don't expect to hear anytime soon, they're busy" would have been preferrable. That you can control.

        Price on assessories was more than orginal quote. 8 hour for a simple install. When my truck was ready for pick up the exterior of the cap was dirty and the installer left his garage in the box of my truck. .Not very professional
