Howmet Georgetown Casting

This company hired my son who has a disability. After 2 weeks he is brought into the office and told he is going too slow and he is still on probation. Made him sign something and was not given a copy. He then asked his supervisor a week later how he was doing and was told the department was 2 weeks behind. He also asked if he would make it through probation and was told 3 people before him didn't make it. Sounds like a terrible place to work and they don't give new hires a chance to improve. Also it took the company 2 months to hire him after he took a medical and asked him and his doctor many intrusive questions. My guess is they didn't want to hire him after the medical but legally they couldn't not hire him for medical reasons. I would think hard before applying for a job at this company. The low pay rate is not worth it. Elizabeth in HR what is wrong with you. Don't treat employees with disabilities like that. Shame on you.
