Have been using this place for 4 years now. Dependable and affordable mechanic - have kept both my cars running good as new, forewarns me of potential issues and has already saved me thousands of dollars in maintenance and repair expanses over that time alone. I am very happy to have found this repair shop when I did and as I consider how much money and headaches I could have saved myself If I had started coming there a decade sooner, I wish I hadn't been so complacent in a search for better options. Took honda odyssey for overheating problem an was told to drop off on Friday and was told about the $800 plus hst quote for repair on Wednesday. Agreed for the repairs and was told will be ready next week. Called her on Monday no answer left voice-mail on Tuesday wify received call back and was told to take out the radiator took extra 4 hrs of labor either the shop employs underpaid apprentice or doesn't know how to open radiators. So new bill came to $1400 including taxes which was more than around $500 more than original quoted. Told her will be there to pick up in 10 mins she told first u have to pay told her 3 times in order to pay will come in person with credit card she was rude told she is going on lunch. Wife had to wait 1 hr outside.Wify went there paid full amount and picked up. When I looked the invoice not a single word labour charges. Such a saggy business beware as if u are dealing with this business wanted to support local business but not this one. Soon will post pics of invoice too.
