Me and a friend bought a used infinity, we were givin a great proposal and the vehicle looked great. Within a month all sorts of functions and cable harnesses and all sorts of problems began to happen. We were givin no help, we wwre handed a "not our pronlem" atitude. It basiclly felt like the purchase was set for a trap. It was incredibly embarassing and un beleivable that such a massive dealership, which we aproacged because of the revuews and the reputation we had heard of. But now dealing with them i am convinced majority of the revuews are either paid for or forced. The vehicle's issues caused many of our children to get sick and admitted to the hospital because of the heating not working in the middle of the winter. The purpose of a reliable vehicle from a potential trusted dealer was because he had medical responcibilities to his family as well. Not only didnt help, but made the situation much much worse. Beyond disapointed and both physically and mentally damaged. I even gave them many months as a chance to maybe either fix the issue or help the owner, which is why the review is late. I respect everyone and mistakes can happen as long as you correct them in an effective manor. But clearly this location didnt care to disapoint a customer, well then you have to deal with the consequences.

Worst dealers in the town. Avery was good but the manager was totally trying to be oversmart and a IT person. HE WAS TRYING TO BE SO PUSHY TO SELL HIS CAR IN A WAY, WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT "NO" AS AN ANSWER. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased a 2020 F-150 Platinum from Adrian Jurcic at Georgetown KIA and the service was excellent. He was very quick to respond to my emailed questions and made the buying experience very pleasant. I was able to buy this vehicle with confidence having never test driving it as I live 100kms away and I wasn't disappointed. Once I decided this was the truck for me, Jim Harper took us through the purchasing process with ease. I will be looking here first when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle.
