We live an hour away in Waterloo, but my partner and I come here for lovely Kay at the front desk and the kind hygenist Dameera! These ladies make a routine chore effortless, and a sincere pleasure! 10 stars for these ladies

Exceptionally pleasant staff, front counter and all doctors I've encountered. Very professional and communicative throughout my treatment process. Additionally seven day coverage with extended hours makes this practice a real winner!

Had a cleaning with Sonal a few days ago and she was excellent. I have high anxiety and she made me feel very calm and she was very gentle. I will be requesting her for my cleanings from now on!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a while. As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted with the biggest smile from Nathalie! Omg she's amazing. Extremely helpful and so friendly. Than I met Sobia! I showed her I had broken/missing teeth (I fell on my face), she never made me feel ashamed, only showed me concern. She was so gentle. She was also very funny. It was so awesome I could laugh without shame! My front tooth was half gone, I had stop smiling. Her assistant, Sonal was fantastic also. All those numbers, and letters, all done with humor to help me relax! When I was done, I went back out to Nathalie and Rani, just terrific gals!! I'm looking forward to my next appointment and to recommend this dentist to everyone. If anyone is looking for a dentist that cares, this dentist was truly amazing!!! Patricia Dean
