Shan was amazing. I have to say she was very patient and understanding to my needs. At times I was very indecisive when it comes to the color and style. She was was able to get me to come out of my comfort zone and try new colours and style. The stores was very clean Shan was very polite and easy to talk with. Very nice selection of bags and wallets. I will be telling my friends and family about the store and the services. I will be definitely going back to Furla at the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall.

Most embarrassing experience of my life. We went their today in morning around 11 am, and what we experienced was so unexpected and shocking. No customer representative was on the floor to attend customers and then all of sudden we heard somebody moaning at back, and it went loud and loud that we left the store immediately.

Sent an email inquiry regarding the authenticity of the product I bought with them and there was no reply. Poor customer service! Product was made in China so very disappointed.

It's very unpleasant when the woman working there attends work while sniffling with a hacking cough and is dealing with customers that way without a mask. Please respect others and don't come to work if you might be sick.
