Had a pretty horrible experience with these guys that I had to share so other hopefully dont receive the same service. I was given a gift card for 1.5 hours of cleaning. I originally told Andrew that they needed extra time to get the job done right, no problem. This was a standard cleaning service, I didnt ask for anything extra other than to ensure under the couches/ couch cushion were vacuumed, and to ensure the windows were wiped down. which to me was all inclusive when reading anyways. That is not at all the experience I received in the slightest. They did not wipe my showers at all, did not wipe ledges in my bathroom, or washer/ dryer, my kitchen table, ANY of my kitchen cabinet (outside), vacuum under the bed (which was very accessible) or do the windows. When I called to express my concern, I was told there were 2 ladies here for 2.5 hours. I explained how I was very confused at what they could have done in that 2.5 hours. He ended up not charging me additional, which was satisfactory at best. My husband came home while they were still here and recalls them leaving 30 minutes before what was reported. I had moved on and cut my loses, swearing to never use them again. Until today when I noticed - they threw out my pads that I had under my two floor mats in the kitchen!!!!! Like why??? So now I have to replace those at my own cost. Absolutely horrible service . Do not recommend. Service: Standard cleaning

I didn't like the customer service over phone. The lady was not kind and talking to me in a challenging tone. Besides she was expecting me to know everything. So when I ask about something she says "as I told you" as if I am stupid and did not understand. Needs customer service training.

Absolutely terrible experience with Merry Maids. We had two people come to the home for a move in clean, where we had specifically asked them to clean the fridge when booking. On arrival, they tell us they can't clean the freezer component as it's not part of what they do. They then proceed to do the worst cleaning job of the fridge component (the first two pictures included below are AFTER they "cleaned" the fridge). They were also supposed to wipe down the inside of the cabinets. The third picture is the inside of the cabinet AFTER they "cleaned" it. Not only were the cleaners terrible at their job, they were late, and they were rude. They told us that we should just buy a new fridge instead of cleaning it. Andrew wanted to charge us 4 hours which included the break the cleaners took. We had to speak to to him to get him to remove the time they were on break. Clearly nothing had been communicated between the cleaners and management. I spent a few hours cleaning the areas they "cleaned" and most of it looks good as new now, which makes me genuinely wonder what I paid for. All in all I felt like I was scammed. I would recommend saving your money and finding a different cleaning company.
