Too bad you cant give negative stars. Just had a delivery to the door and after 2 rings and me running to the door (was working in the backyard) the postal employee shook his head and wouldnt even look at me. I asked him why he shook his head and no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous service and the Georgetown postal service should be ashamed.

Twice now I have used Canada Post's "hold mail" service while on vacation. Both times, after a week or so back at home, we found that a parcel or two that we were expecting was "on hold at customer request", stuck at the Georgetown Post Office because, although they had released some of the mail, they hadn't released all of it. The first time, I had to go to the post office to collect the missing mail. This time, they released it and delivered it, along with a bunch of someone else's mail, tied up in the same bundle. Calling customer service to complain resulted only in "thanks for your feedback, we'll try to do better next time, and no, we won't refund what you paid for the terrible service". A call to speak to the manager of the depot was never returned.
