I started seeing Meera a couple of months ago for an injury in which I could no longer kneel and put pressure on my knee. Through her guidance and skills Ive finally gotten to a point where I can kneel and feel minimal pain. I had accepted the fact that I would never kneel again, but now its back. Ive also started strength training with Qian who is another lovely person here. They have both helped me exponentially and on top of that, theyre both just wonderful people to be around. The environment feels safe and every single staff member is kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring physio!

Meryl at Eromosa physiotherapy has provided a wide range of therapeutic excercises for me. She is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this service!

I am really glad that I choose Eramosa Physiotherapy. I saw Dr. Pooja for my back pain. By following the exercise that she recommended I regained my back strength. I am so grateful to Dr. Pooja for her help and expertise.
