Selling a home is stressful...moving out of country made it even more complicated but Randy took away the stress. Many agents wanted to sell our home but Randy was different from the beginning. I was proud to support my community this year by raising money for Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills in their "Tour The Hills" event. It was a well organized bike ride for a great cause and it was a pleasure participating with friends. I was surprised to learn that we won this monstrous cooler in a contest organized by Randy Molnar, a local realtor who supports CASHH. They helped his wife through a difficult cancer journey and now she works there to assist others. People helping people is awesome! Thanks for the cooler Randy and for supporting your community.

Our dreams of retiring to a new community were fulfilled! Randy found us through his marketing and we chose him because he knows his stuff and really listened to what we wanted. The market slowed down, prices were falling, homes werent selling and buyers werent making offers. We didnt know what to expect but he took the time to explain what to do and how to reach more buyers. While other houses sat still, we didnt wait. We made an offer to a motivated buyer and sold our home. The stress of selling is gone and we can move on to a new life of retirement with our family. This is our five star review of Randy Molnar and we couldnt be happier!

He reviewed his approach with us .It was a very logical process that was consistent with Real estate appraisal practices and subsequently explained to us in an understandable way.He was patient in the process and answered our many questions to our satisfaction. We commend him on all facets of the assignment.
