Rented a car hauler trailer. I had the wrong ball to tow. Instead of turning me away, the owner allowed me to borrow his personal part since covid lockdowns would make it impossible for me to source one quickly. I greatly appreciated this gesture and shows how he cares about his customer. Would highly reccomend this location
