Id like to give a big shout-out to A1 Heating & Cooling for their exceptional service and quality work. I had an urgent furnace issue on a holiday weekend, and they came out the same day to fix it. Ali was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that the job was done right. Im truly impressed by the outstanding service I received from them. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience to help others who may need furnace repair/service. Our furnace died on Christmas Eve and we thought we would be out of luck finding a technician, and would be stuck during the Holidays in the cold with 2 kids. The technician, Max, showed up that night full of energy and so kind and helpful. Even though Max was happy to fix the furnace if he could, we decided to purchase a new one and asked for pricing. I did some quick shopping around after receiving their pricing and I just couldnt beat it. In a couple days we had a new furnace installed. Cant thank A1 enough for coming out on Christmas Eve!
