Catherine was very helpful. I had lost my hearing aids in a move. She contacted the supplier and I was able to obtain a new pair at very little expense. She was very helpful and precise in the adjustment of my new hearing aids.

Catherine, the audiologist, was very kind and patient with me when I went for a hearing test. She was very helpful in describing the profile of my hearing and that while I have normal hearing for now, that my continued playing of loud music had resulted in a slight loss of hearing at certain frequencies. As a result, I've changed some of my habits in hopes of avoiding hearing loss in the future. The excellent service at the St-Laurent location led me to bring my mother in for a test. Catherine tested my mother's hearing and explained her hearing situation and the options that were available to her. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome throughout the hearing test. I would definitely recommend Hearing Solutions and the St.-Laurent location if you're considering having your hearing tested!
