The Ottawa branch seems to always come through which has not been my experience with other after-market stores hereabout. Mandy, one of the front-staff, even conducted research about a metal bumper for my Jeep and then surprised me with the details, saving me lots of work. Professional behaviour in my book!

Got a levelling kit installed here.. what a disappointment, was scheduled for a maximum 3 hrs job, 5 hrs later the guy finally got it installed, with he help of front office staff after they googled- how to install leveling kit and lots of pounding. also saw they're back yard mechanic guy if I can call him that throw my strut on the ground in anger because he was incompetent and could not get it to fit... I inspected the work with the lady " manager" after I received the truck, they broke all sorts of clips that hold the abs wiring and other hoses that run along the struts and replaced them with a tie wrap. One interior fender cover was damaged and the other one was nowhere to be found, until we saw it behind the header. She did not care at all or have an answer to what happened , Keep in mind this is a brand new truck of the year. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else .....

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff at Ottawa location. Stopped in to get a quote for a 2023 Nissan Frontier camper shell and it was a pleasant and enlightening experience. Waiting for the truck delivery to get back to them for sealing the deal ... Thank you Scott and Mandy your are the bests !

I wouldnt recommend, very rude staff, I was lied to on many occasions and I would not recommend to anyone.
