Ottawa Parging Group

Got quote in early fall 2022 for parging in and outside my garage. One area on outside front required some repair work as well. I wanted the work be done in spring 2023 and Mike was very agreeable to my request. I expected a down payment would be required to hold my place but Mike said it wasnt necessary! That was a pleasant surprise in todays marketplace. Over the course of the winter Mike communicated with me by email several times to confirm that I was on the list of work for the spring. He also informed me on how and when the company work/schedule would proceed in the spring. In the spring after the snow had disappeared I noticed that a second area had gotten worse over the winter and would require additional repair work as well. Mike told me not worry about - he would take fix it. I expected an additional charge as it required more matriels and labour for his crew but Mike kept to his quote. When it was time to begin work his crew member Sam showed up on schedule and got straight to work. The prep work was very thorough. Sam is meticulous with his work and was always happy to answer any questions or address concerns I had. Cleanup during and after was well done. When the work was finished Sam did a final walk around to make certain I was satisfied with the work. The parging and the repairs look great - like new! I highly recommend Ottawa Parging Group. It was a pleasure working with Mike, Sam and his crew. The workmanship was high quality, the pricing reasonable, service prompt and courteous, and communication was excellent! Thank you so much!

Fixed up a good length of parging for me on my garage and redid front garage pillars that had crumbled away. Had a small section that needed a touch up under warranty and Mike came back no issues to do the repair. Great company that stands by their work.
