Ive been with her for 10 years and always on time when I have an appointment but every time she let me wait 3 hours when I already have an appointment. So one time I missed my appointment and she has the nerve to charge me $100 charge. She over books more than she can handle and should really appreciate her patients.

This review comes from my experiences as professional attempting to collaborate with this doctor's office *I am not a client* Doctor offices are usually happy or at least willing to work with me in supporting their patient's. The results are typically positive outcomes for our common client. The receptionist made me feel like I was a nuisance. I got the impression the receptionist was frustrated at my requests for medication reviews or in obtaining medical records. When leaving voice mails with this doctors office my messages are returned a week later or not at all. While I have asked, I have never been able to consult with Dr. Eid, in order to come up with a support plan for our common client. (this would take no more then 15 minutes by phone). My impression of this clinic: They are dealing with compassion fatigue and it is affecting their ability to provide professional services to their community partners. In the end our common client is suffering. I wish we could collaborate in a amicable way. With that type of approach we could put our common patient at the heart of our healthcare and support them with their health issues. To me this interaction with Eid Medical Clinic is a case study for systemic problems. If It was up to my experiences I would give 1 star. Clearly other reviews indicate that they have received great treatment here so I dont want to undercut that. I am just disappointment they have caused me more problems then solutions.
