If you havent been to this store yet, you NEED to go. I was thankful enough to hangout with Niles for an hour and chat about foot health, sports and just life in general. Came in as a stranger and left feeling like we knew each other for a long time. These people at this store do not care about pushing products on you or trying to sell you everything as you walk in the store. Niles was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and fun to hang with. He kindly let me try on multiple products and let me try the balance beams out and shared his knowledge on the feet and health! Rad humans created this magnificent business!!! Thanks for all the help and cool products dude!

Outstanding service by Steve. He took his time explaining the differences between various models, sizes and feels of each brand, and made sure I had plenty of options to try out. As a barefoot newbie, I felt assured and in the hands of a good educator. If you're new to the barefoot world or more experienced, come check it out. In person experience at this location is definitely recommended.

New to the principles of barefoot shoes, I wanted to try some of them to find my size. I made an appointment to browse on my own with a Foot Collective employee; Max had good conversation and good advice! I left with a pair of Xero shoes and will definitely be recommending my clients to come to Foot Collective for their next pair of training shoes! Thank you again!

DO NOT purchase anything online! You will be given the option to pick up in store but their doors remain locked even during business hours because they only open the door for appointments. The location is not convenient and their website is inaccurate! You cannot pick up in store and youll pay almost as much as the product for shipping within Ottawa!
