        People are friendly, pets are allowed, the apartments are ok, a bit run down. Things like refridgerators, cupboards, oven and ventilation hoods really need updating. Common areas are kept clean, there's a decent laundry room, new machines as of 2020. Management is ok, they respond best to emails and, they do take care of any issues. Be prepared for pigeons, there are a lot and balconies get pretty dirty if you don't find ways to deter them. Wheelchair and walker accessible.
