Our furnace conked out in early February a couple of days before a severe deep freeze was about to hit. Mark inspected the furnace, advised us that we needed a new part that they had to order. As soon as the part arrived, he came over and had our furnace up and running within the hour, just before the cold arrived. Thank you Mark and Clement-Marchand for the excellent service. Hidden charges and they couldnt complete a simple job. They did answer the phone which is worth a star. There are lots of companies in Ottawa, find a better one.

Prompt same day service was much appreciated. All work required to get heat back on (remove stones and toys that were clogging the exhaust pipe) plus annual maintenance were completed with one visit.
