Real G I was impressed from the get-go when I first met the showroom staff at Tremblay Renovations. They were very helpful in helping me choose materials that suited my style and budget. I had originally planned on having only my main bathroom upgraded, but I was so pleased with the results, the knowledge and professionalism of the onsite team that I went back for two other bathroom renovation projects. The work was done on schedule and the onsite team did a clean and outstanding job in addition to keeping me well informed every step of the way in each case. Our project involved the complete revamp and expansion of an existing bathroom as well as renovating a former hot tub room. From impressive designer Jansu to skillful Kale, the whole Tremblay staff. was easy to work with and proved to be attentive and responsive to our wishes and requirements. Also, they did not hesitate to propose changes or new ideas to improve on our own but always in a very respectful manner. Communication was excellent. The planning was meticulously done and involved us in the different steps from concept to execution. For example, as the work progressed they would often check wth us to ensure we saw the work to be done and confirm our agreement. In addition, we consider the project budget was closely followed and any alterations were discussed before proceeding to obtain our approval. Tremblay Renovation met the projected deadlines but were quite flexible when warranted. We consider the project cost to have been very reasonable given the execution and quality of the work as well as of the materials Tremblay Renovation: professional, responsive, pride in their work.
