        If there was lower star then that, I would prefer that one. Ottawa health website is showing that they accept walk in and when called then then they denied. While I had a minor injury (a rusted iron particle piece in my body, and I am unable to take it out) which can be major if not treated on time and they were such a reckless peoples straightaway ignored to serve.

        Kind, considerate and truly cares, Ive been with Dr.Fletcher for many years and really the best Doctor Ive ever had, he listens and spends all the time you need with him. Never feel rushed with him.

        Staff are friendly. Not my family doctors office but Im trying to get in with ken fletcher. Ive heard nothing but good about him and Im really struggling without a doctor and I need one that will actually care. So I shall continue to try and get in with ken.
