        Im not sure why some people are having difficulty with the front staff, they are always friendly, and courteous, and the nurses are wonderful. All drs offices charge for some of their services its common practice. Sometimes I do wait on the phone but never more than 15 min. And I am always called within 10 to 15 min. of my arrival. Drs are overwhelmed these days, our health care system is struggling, and Covid has made it much worst, we all need to be more understanding and kind on both ends.
