The products and support are absolutely horrible, no after hours or weekend support. Chairlift has been replaced twice in less than a year. In the past month the chairlift had stopped working they came and replaced the chairlift, which only resulted in working for 5 hours. My grandfather has been stuck upstairs for 2 weeks, we have had to call the fire department to come and get him off of the chairlift when it was stuck in the middle of the stairs.
I highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost, it is a waste of time, money and will put your loved ones at risk with their faulty products!
