It is my pleasure to work as a Mortgage Agent in Prince Mortgage Team under the able leadership of Prince. Prince Mortgage Team is just not a team, it is a family. Though we are from diverse backgrounds, skill sets and personalities but we work together seamlessly, with mutual respect and leverage each others strength. Here, we share our knowledge, experience, joy and happiness. The way we celebrate others success and the same way we stand beside other when needed. What stood out the most is the leadership displayed by our Team Leader Prince. He has a clear vision, realistic goals that aligned with the team objectives. He not only coaches and guides the team but also engages with the team throughout the process. He encourages open discussion, actively seeks feedback and provides support when needed.
