Super satisfied. From the moment I called, the receptionist was so sweet and gave me helpful advice. She booked me in as soon as possible. Appointment was efficient. Staff is professional. Dr Prieur is a gem and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you very much.

I am THE worst patient because I hate when people touch my eyes. Dr Prieur was incredibly patient and professional with me. All the staff were very helpful and lovely. I definitely recommend this place!

I cant say enough about the staff at Medview. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted by the girls at the front desk who are friendly and always have a smile . I appreciate the strict protocols put in place due to COVID. I feel very safe going to see the eye doctor and appreciate the cleanliness of the office. The extra cleaning the staff are now required to do after seeing each patient certainly adds onto their daily workload. But reassured your hard work does not go unnoticed by the patients. Keep up the good work Medview.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for almost 30 years and sadly, will never go back because of her receptionist. I was experiencing eye pain so I booked an appointment. I showed up to my appointment with my children. The receptionist then informed me only the patient is allowed inside and asked my son how old he was and suggested he go in the car. I was uncomfortable sending a 12 year old to go sit in the car alone in the dark but he left. She then suggested my 8 year old also go to the car. Give your head a shake woman if you think its appropriate to even suggest leaving 2 kids alone in a car. I understand its Covid and some people have become unreasonable paranoid lunatics who are on a power trip but their dad is dead so I dont have many options when it comes to childcare. Maybe state your policy when booking appointments so that other single parents can better prepare. And please dont leave kids alone in cars
