I purchased 2 Nintendo DS Games (Topspin 2 & 3). Topspin 2 didn't even have the game cartridge. Update (MAY 12,2023): I returned the game, and Jen was very helpful in getting me a refund. Note: Refunds are only in extenuating circumstances, and customers won't always get one. The only reason I got one was because the game cartridge, which ties into the whole reason you purchased a game, was missing. I would definitely shop here again, but I will do my due diligence and check if the game is in the case next time.

I tried to sell 2 brand new items woth $450.00 combined and they offered 20% of the so called retail price. So not worth selling to Howard's.

I'm not sure if they place actualy wants to sell stuff, for example. the gaming stuff is way overpriced. wich is why they have so much stock.
