180 Fitness

Like many, i tried different diets, Keto, intermittent fasting, etc. i was really confused on what to look out for, was it calories, sugar, carbs, ugh! 180 fitness B&B program had 3 parts. 1- gave me great nutritional information, grocery tour, learned how to read labels and what to watch for. 2- exercise program with great intensity that i could do from home, in fact i did most of my program right from home! Daily messages/encouragement from Brian on the app, weekly meetings with Adrian to go over whatever questions i had, plus a 1 hour weekly coaching session every Thursday evening. 3- mindfulness sessions that really makes you think on how you approach/do things. I took advantage of everything that was in my package and loved it. I learned so much. After 6 months i'm walking away with -30lbs of fat loss and much more. Thank you 180 Fitness and team! Still doing my workouts and never missing Mondays! :)

180 Fitness was life changing for me. During the pandemic I gained alot of weight and was the biggest I've ever been. I struggled with many different diets and weightloss plans that never worked for me. After speaking to Adrian, he recommended that I should join the Bold n Beautiful program. I lost over 30lb in 6 months. I will be forever greatful to Adrian and his team for not only educating me about nutrition but also always encouraging me.
